To kick off the new year in style I have a lovely giveaway to share, sponsored by Linda Regel aka “Made by Ewe”.

About Linda

Linda has been knitting since since she was young and she has fond memories of wearing her mum’s warm and cosy handknit jumpers to school – they were always better than the thin shop-bought ones! In the evenings Linda would play with yarn by the fire, making presents for her family and clothes for her toys. I am sure many of my blog readers can identify with this…

It’s no surprise then that when Linda grew up, she ran a business designing children’s hand-knitted jumpers for a few years. Then, in 2010 she started Made By Ewe. She’d become frustrated at the lack of good quality knitting kits available. So many kits she looked at contained cheap imported yarn and unimaginative and badly written patterns. Surely any knitter would be put off knitting for life, trying to produce something worthwhile from those kits?!  Made By Ewe kits all contain gorgeous British yarn and as much other British stuff as possible! For example the tubes are made from recycled card in the UK, the stuffing is British fleece.

Made by Ewe is a also proud partner of the Campaign for Wool.

Giveaway

Linda has kindly supplied a Love Ewe knitting kit for the winner of the giveaway and 2 sets of exclusive sheep knitting needles (made by Linda) for runners up. All you need to do is hop over to Linda’s website and tell me about one of her products that you really like. As always, one comment per person. Please include your email address in the comment as that is how I will contact the winners. Your comment will not show up straight away was I moderate all comments manually. This giveaway closes at the end of January 2014. Good luck!
